Guarantee & Returns Policy
If your purchase has any defects simply return the item within seven (7) days, along with the original receipt which was enclosed with your order, and we will gladly credit your account, or exchange the item for another selection. Undergarments are not returnable for health reasons. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Shipping Policy
We ship as registered article via POS Malaysia (http://www.pos.com.my), usually within 3 working days receive the order for domestic delivery, while within 2 weeks for international shipping.
